We offer a full service and support package for the best production equipment available in today’s market.

With over 30 years experience servicing hardware, software, electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, we provide a comprehensive service and support for all equipment supplied by Zen Production Equipment Ltd.

Whether it’s a system breakdown, upgrade, annual service or an annual service contract emergency visit, our highly experienced service team is always available via email or phone.

What we do

    Site visit

    Site visits are scheduled to service and maintain your system, this will include Risk Assessments and Method Statements before coming on site. We will supply the engineers contact details in case anything changes before the site visit is due, we can also supply our liability insurance certificate if required.

    Service and repair

    We can normally attend system breakdown within 24 hours and will get your production up and running again. Whether a service or repair, all work is carried out by one of our highly trained engineers. Any parts used will carry a 10% discount to all contract customers.

    Maintenance and upgrades

    If an upgrade is recommended, electrical or mechanical, we will install on site then explain the installation, what has changed, how this has improved the system and what changes can be expected after the upgrade.

    Job reporting

    We will issue complete a full report of work undertaken, this will include meter readings calibration certificates and future recommendations to keep the system at an optimum state of performance. Our team will also send a reminder when your system is next due a service.

We always recommend a service contract after the warranty period has expired as it gives customers piece of mind should the system fail knowing we will be on site within 24 hours to repair any issues.

Our standard contract includes one annual service plus two emergency visits, this covers all expenses apart from and parts used, parts used will carry a 10% discount to all contract customers. Our engineers are available via email and phone during normal working hours, if a service contract is taken this assistance is available 24/7 depending on type of contract and subject to an additional cost.
