
We provide a comprehensive service and support for all equipment supplied by Zen Production Equipment Ltd.
We carry a large range of parts for all systems supported by us, if we do not have it on the shelf we can normally get it within days from our suppliers, next day if required.
Our engineers are available via email and phone during normal working hours, if a service contract is taken this assistance is available 24/7 depending on type of contract and subject to an additional cost.


What we do
Diagnosis and advice
By acquiring a fault code, our team may be able to fix an issue over the phone or via email. If we recognise the issue, we can supply drawings and recommendations on how to get the system running again until a service engineer can be on site.
Site visit
Site visits to repair a failure can be carried out normally within 24 hours, depending on where our engineers are at the time of a fault, we may be able to visit on the same day.
Repair
After diagnosing the issue, we either repair/replace the faulty parts or if not possible, we would adjust the system software/hardware to get the system running again.
Maintenance
Our specialist engineers are then able to advise on future maintenance of your system, including system upgrades and how to prevent issues from reoccurring.
First-class customer service
Our highly experienced team of engineers are available via email and phone to offer ongoing after-sales support and advice. We aim to resolve any issues and help get you system back up and running until a service engineer is available.
If the system is connected to the internet, our suppliers are able to interrogate the system via TeamViewer or similar software to diagnose and possibly correct any issues.
