Area Array Reliability Conference
From the 5th of October 2011 to 6th October 2011, ZPEL will be attending SMART Area Array Reliability Conference & Exhibition.
Due to ‘ball grid array packages‘ being notified as a cause of common failure by a recent survey of engineers, the main topics that the event will focus on include Area Array Design, Assembly, Reliability, Cleaning and Conformal Coating.
Guest speakers are due to fly in from USA and Europe to relay their knowledge on the subject.
The event will be held at The Oxfordshire, in Thame. which is just outside of Oxford centre.
